Cake Order FAQ

Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
A. We appreciate at least 2 weeks' notice, although last minute orders can be accommodated. Because we are a small operation, we can only accept a limited number of custom cakes per week.

Q. How can I get a price quote or place an order?
A. Fill out our online inquiry form, send us an email, or call us anytime. Phone (908) 256-9195 or fill out the custom cake qoute form.

Q. How does pricing work?
A. Since every cake is unique, each quote is also unique. A double-tier custom cake to serve 15 starts at $105 for buttercream or $125 with rolled fondant, plus a decorating fee for some designs. Please give us a call or email for a unique quote- we're happy to talk cake!

Q. Do you deliver? Or where can I pick-up my cake?
A. We deliver all over NJ & PA. The delivery fee is based on milage & location, just ask for a quote. You can always pick-up your cake from our studio in Bristol, PA.

Q. Do you offer samples or tastings?
A. Because everything is baked fresh to order, we do not have the time or resources to offer samples for every cake. We do offer sample boxes of your choice of 2 flavors & fillings for $10 or 4 flavors & fillings for $15. We stand behind our cakes & guarantee their superiority. Q. I have a photo of a cake I want, can you duplicate the design?
A. Of course! While we will never replicate another decorator's design exactly, we can use it for inspiration and create something very similar. We can also take design elements from several photos & combine them to create a unique design.

Q. Do you need a deposit? How can I make payment?
A. We ask for 25% deposit on orders $100 & up. Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We also accept Amex online through PayPal.

Q. What is your policy on cancellations?
A. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with 1 weeks' notice. We appreciate at least 7 days notice for any sort of cancellation or alteration to the order.
